This Pricing and Fees Policy explains how charges apply when you use Conscious Community (“we,” “our,” “us”) for event management and ticket booking. By using our Website https://consciouscommunity.org.uk/en, you agree to this policy.
1. For Event Attendees (Ticket Buyers)
Ticket Price: The price of each ticket is set by the event organiser.
Booking Fee (if applicable): A small service fee may be added to cover transaction and platform costs. This will be clearly shown before checkout.
Payment Processing Fee: Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. Where applicable, processing charges will be included in the final ticket price.
Currency: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
2. For Event Organisers
Free Events: Listing free events on our platform is free of charge (unless premium services are chosen).
Paid Events: For ticketed events, we charge a service fee per ticket sold. This may include:
A platform fee (fixed amount or percentage).
A payment processing fee charged by our payment partners.
Payouts: Ticket sales revenue (minus applicable fees) will be transferred to the organiser within [X] business days after the event, subject to successful payment processing.
Optional Services: Organisers may choose additional paid services such as premium event promotion, featured listings, or advanced analytics. Fees for these will be agreed before use.
3. Taxes
Ticket prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes, depending on the event organiser’s location and status.
Organisers are responsible for complying with their tax obligations.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the event organiser’s policy.
Booking fees and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.
In the case of cancelled or rescheduled events, refund procedures will be communicated to attendees.

We may update our pricing and fee structure from time to time. Any changes will:

Not affect existing confirmed bookings.
